Best Exercises for breast enlargement naturally at home

Some specific exercises of the chest can help you increase breast size. With exercise, there is no change in fat in the breasts, but with these exercises, the chest muscles that holds the breast can improve.This will result in proper change of the breast appearance in a good shape and form. 

1. Try swinging (rotating in circular motion) your hands both clockwise and anti clockwise for 10 repetition and do 3 sets of the same. This will help to tone your chest muscles to hold the breast properly. This is one of the best and easiest of exercise that would help in increasing the breast size.
Tip: Try to concentrate on the chest region and squeeze softly your arms towards the chest while rotating.

2. Dumb-bell press :
The best exercise for shaping and firming your bust line is the bench press, which not only targets your bust line and flatters your figure, but also sculpts your shoulders and tightens the backs of your upper arms.

Requirements:
- Pair of dumbbell (light weight)
- Flat Bench

Procedure:
  • Lie down flat on a bench and let your feet touch the ground, i.e. your foot be on either side of the bench.
  • Keep your head, shoulder and back on the bench, but slightly pull up your back from the bench letting your butt to rest on it.
  • Take 2 low weight dumbbells and hold it parallel but side-wards to your shoulder.
  • Then slowly push them straight up, away from your chest while exhaling your breathe out.
  • Again come back to your initial position by inhaling in.
  • Continue for 10 times and do 3 sets the same way.
3. Upper body stretch
Lie on your belly/stomach with the elbows bent, and fingertips facing inwards. Rest your forehead on the floor.

  • Slowly raise your head and body, pushing down with hands, arching your spine and bending the neck backwards.
  • Pull in your stomach muscles and lift your stomach off the floor.
  • Slowly lower upper back and shoulders to floor to the original position. Relax.
  • Repeat the steps for 10 times daily.
4: Stretching
This is the most easiest of all...
  • Hold your hands straight in front of you, just under shoulder level and form a fist fingers facing each other .
  • Bring your hands slowly, towards your shoulders clenching your hands as if you are pulling something strenuously with your fists.
  • Repeat 5 times, but make sure you concentrate on the chest while doing the exercise.
